“Moments of Identity  was undertaken with an ICEPA ( Institute for Community, Ethnicity and Policy Alternatives)  Community Engagement grant. The video explores the question of identity with Victoria University Spanish students and staff, as well as with members of the Spanish-speaking community, inviting reflection on such vital questions as how we define ourselves, how do others see us, what is our ‘real’ identity, in other words.  The moment these questions begin to be probed, the many layers our fluid identities is revealed, a kaleidoscope where the personal, the political, and the global, impact daily on whatever provisional answers we may find, and act as a catalyst for further action and reflection.
